Eastern complex
This large building was originally constructed in the Nabataean period, sometime between the first century BC and the second century AD. It was most likely designed as a residential complex, featuring two courtyards and even a small bathhouse.
Its use continued into the late third century AD, following the Roman annexation of the Nabataean Kingdom in AD 106.
